Symptoms of cold header Faults:

1. Inconsistent or defective molded product dimensions;  Cracks or severe wear on the mold surface.

Troubleshooting:

- Regular Inspection: Inspect the mold daily before starting the machine on cold heading equipment. Replace any wear or damage immediately.

- Cleaning and Maintenance: Each time you replace the mold, thoroughly clean it and apply anti-rust oil. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area.
