Application Scope of Four Stroke Bolt Making Machine
Four Stroke Bolt Making Machine is one kind of specialized machine with high efficiency and automation among forging machinery. Cold forging technique and automatic cold forging machines are used for producing different kinds of bolts, screws, rivets,special parts and nuts in the field of fastener industry. Salient Features of Four Stroke Bolt Making Machine
1. The air clutch brake system has been designed to actuate with low current and as “inching”, “single stroke” and “continuous running”. Except “inching”, the machine will always stop at the backward position of the main slider while operating in largest space.
2. Main motor is equipped with speed-adjust transducer, PLC control system, these equipment make lots of convenience for customer to adjust the dimension of the non-standard products.
3. Feeding wheel and claw system are both drived by cylinder, the claw can stretch automatically when it goes back in order to reduce abrasion and noise. Feeding material and stop feeding material are controlled by two claws, the feeding material system is equipped with device for avoiding material draw back.
4. Perfect inspection system: short material inspecting and eliminating, inspection of the low location of oil pressure and air pressure, transfer system floating inspection system, overload, and lightload stop system to protect the lathe and dies and prolong the service life of them.
5. When the customer prepare to adjust the trimming screw, they only need to adjust the cam for the last station, then they can achieve trimming purpose. When the workpieces need not trimming, customer can reset the last station to achieve the change from trimming to forming.
6. The main parts of all type machines have adopted strict casting procedure and annealing disposal to assure its steel hardness and precision.
7. Circle cutting die station assures the sheared material shouter than billet diameter which also can achieve accurate right angle cutting.
8. P.K.O synchronized knock out system makes the choice of molding technics flexible.
9. Transfer finger moving and cutting cams are calculated via professional computer software to make machine stable in state of high speed forging.
10.There is converter available in the electrical system, so it is easy to run the machine with stepless speed variation. PLC also is used for automatically inspecting the working mode of the former with the functions of fault alarm and fault display.
The operation of cold heading machine precautions
(1) The diameter of steel bar or steel wire should meet the requirements of multi-station cold heading machine, not cold heading too thick or too fine steel bar.
(2) Within the allowable range of cold heading diameter of multi-station cold heading machine, adjust the position of the fixture according to the required anchor head size in order to get the proper amount of reinforcing bar extension.
(3) The area in the cold heading part of the reinforcement shall be descaled and straightened.
(4) The end of the reinforcement shall be ground flat to ensure the accurate shape of the cold heading anchor head.
(5) The reinforcement shall be subjected to a tensile test after upsetting to check the strength of the anchorage head.
(6) Cut the blank with a semi-enclosed cutting tool, the easiest way is to use a sleeve type cutting tool.
(7) Each forming station should be equipped with punch rejection device and concave die should be equipped with sleeve type top material device.
(8) During the effective use period, the structure of main slide guide and process parts can guarantee the positioning accuracy of punch and concave die.
(9) Terminal limit switch must be installed on the baffle plate that controls the material selection, and attention must be paid to the control of heading force.
Maintenance system of cold heading machine High speed bolt making machine
Routine maintenance of cold heading machine, first-level maintenance and second-level maintenance.
(1) The three-level maintenance system is the operator-based mandatory maintenance system for the equipment mainly to protect the main, warranty and emphasis.
(2) Institutionalization is to specify different maintenance cycles and maintenance time and strictly enforce them according to different conditions of different equipment.
(3) The regular maintenance work, to develop a quota of working hours and material consumption quotas and to be assessed according to the quota.
(4) Enterprises should regularly conduct self-inspection and mutual inspection, and carry out major equipment inspection.
Features of the Fully Automatic Multi-Station Cold Forming Machine
The machine parts are manufactured with strict casting processes and undergo residual stress relief treatment to prevent deformation during operation and ensure long-term high precision of the machine components.
Equipped with a high-pressure clutch-brake system, the machine requires a low starting current and supports “jog”, “single stroke”, and “continuous stroke” modes. Except in “jog” mode, the main slide automatically stops at the far end position when the machine halts, providing maximum adjustment space for operators.
The rotary-type cut-off die ensures clean and smooth shearing surfaces of the material.
The pressure roller and ratchet feeding system are driven by a cylinder. An anti-reverse device on the pressure roller prevents the material from moving backward.
The synchronized forward ejector (male die ejector) allows the workpiece to temporarily remain in the female die after forming, preventing it from being pulled out by the male die.
The main motor is equipped with a frequency converter and an imported PLC control system, enabling stepless speed adjustment for production.
All cams are precisely designed with computer calculations and manufactured by CNC machines, greatly improving operational accuracy and stability.
The high-strength machine bed and quenched alloy steel side plates ensure long-term motion accuracy of the main slide and extend die service life.
The machine is equipped with an automatic safety detection system that monitors short material, hydraulic and pneumatic pressure levels, machine overload, K.O and P.K.O overload, and displays the working status and faults of the main mechanisms.
When adjusting for trimming or forming screws, the user only needs to change the phase of the side cam, which is extremely convenient.
