Quality of pneumatic and electrical devices
The pipes, joints, flanges, cylinders, etc. of the pneumatic system should be well sealed and reliably connected, and should comply with the provisions of relevant standards.
Pneumatic components should generally be subjected to pressure tests before assembly. The test pressure is 1.5 times the nominal pressure. The pressure maintenance time should not be less than 1 minute. There should be no leakage, parts damage and other abnormal phenomena.
The electrical equipment of the automatic machine should comply with the relevant regulations of product design.
Appearance quality:
cold header The appearance surface should not have protrusions, depressions, roughness and other damage not specified in the drawings and processes.
cold heading equipment The exposed processed surface should not have bumps, scratches, rust, and the flatness of the non-machined surface should not be greater than 3mm over any 600mm length. The joints between the cover plate and the cover shell should be flat, and the edges of the exposed joint surface should be neat and symmetrical, without obvious misalignment.
