3. Lubrication
2.6.cold forge header machine The design of the lubrication system should be reasonable and reliable to ensure the normal lubrication of all operating parts.
2.6.2 The lubrication system should have an oil level display device in the oil tank.
3.cold header There should be necessary nameplates, instructions, lubrication, operation and safety signs or logos. The type and size, material, technical requirements, etc. of the signs should comply with the provisions of the product drawings.
4. Quality of castings, forgings and weldments
4.1 All cast iron parts, non-ferrous metal castings, forgings and weldments on cold heading equipment should comply with relevant standards; if there are no standards, they should comply with the technical requirements of the drawings and process documents; for casting defects that do not affect the use and appearance, under the condition of ensuring quality, it is allowed to repair according to the provisions of relevant standards.
4.2 The working surfaces of important castings, such as sliding bearings, guide rail sliding surfaces of the fuselage or slider, gear working surfaces, etc., should not have defects such as pores, shrinkage cavities, sand holes, slag inclusions and segregation.
4.3 The fuselage, slider, crankshaft and die seat should have proof of material properties.
4.4 Important castings, forgings or welded parts such as the fuselage, slider, die seat, punch holder, connecting rod, large gear and flywheel should be treated to eliminate internal stress.
4.5 The molding sand and adhesives on cast iron parts, steel castings, non-ferrous metal castings, and welding slag on welded parts should be cleaned. The non-machined surfaces of castings and welded parts should be flat, and their straightness deviation should not be greater than the provisions of Table I.
