1. Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the manufacturing and quality acceptance requirements of automatic bolt forging machine produced by our company.
2. Technical requirements
2.1. The type and basic parameters of bolt former should generally comply with the corresponding standards, or be manufactured according to the drawings or technical documents approved according to the prescribed procedures.
2.2 The factory delivery of bolt former machine should ensure completeness, be equipped with necessary tools, accessories and wearing parts, and ensure its performance and interchangeability. When the random accessories cannot meet the requirements of certain customers, it should be stated at the time of ordering that the supply of special accessories shall be agreed upon by both the supplier and the demander.

2.5 Safety and protection
2.5.1 The safety and protection of bolt manufacturing machine must meet the requirements of safe production.
2.5.2 When the motor or flywheel rotates in one direction, the direction of rotation should be marked at the appropriate position.
